Overview
Disclosr ("we", "us", or "our") is building a managed vulnerability disclosure platform, and is the data controller responsible for the personal information collected on this site. This site is a pre-launch page. The only personal information we collect right now is the email address you choose to give us to join our waitlist.
What we collect
Your email address, and the date you submitted it. Nothing else. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels on this site.
Why we collect it, and our legal basis
We use your email only to tell you when Disclosr opens and to send the occasional update about the launch. Under the GDPR, our legal basis for this is your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting your email. We will not send you unrelated marketing, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to understand how this site is used so we can improve it. You can accept or decline them from the banner shown on your first visit. Declining does not stop you from using the site.
Sharing
We do not sell your email address or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may use a reputable email provider to store the waitlist and send messages on our behalf, under an agreement that keeps your data confidential.
Retention
We keep your email until Disclosr launches or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. After that it is deleted.
Your right to opt out and delete your data
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Because we have not yet launched our automated email system, you can remove yourself from our waitlist by emailing privacy@getdisclosr.com with the subject line "Delete My Waitlist Data." We will delete your email address from our records within 48 hours of receiving your request and send you a final confirmation.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, object to its use, or delete it at any time. Email privacy@getdisclosr.com and we will action your request within 48 hours. If you are based in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date shown above. Material changes will be noted here.
